Sadly, we will probably not be able to make it to the mountain this summer and I wanted to reach out to see if anyone would like to rent our property this summer -- or next!
950 Spruce with electric, water and sewer for two RVs.  There is a deck and fire pit and if I can work out the logistics to gain access to our modem, then internet as well.
This pains us greatly as we've thoroughly enjoyed our property and the mountain and our neighbors for the past three summers. Each time we see a beautiful picture of Colorado
it pains us.  Please help us spread the word. We'd feel better if someone else was able to take advantage of this beautiful place and awesome neighbors!

We did some improvements on our lot and it left a large pile of dirt and rock.  We need to find someone we can pay to spread this out over the front portion of our lot.  We are happy to pay anyone who can help us with this. 515 Aspen Drive.
